Disease is a force, Medicine is also a force. With this concept Homeopath treats the patient. Like force repels the like force is the key to cure the patient. In the days of Allopathic (I do not mean the allopathic treatment only) substandard students, substandard teachers, substandard infrastructure, lead homeopathy to insolvency. Without debating long I focus some of the facts in homeopathy as gathered from authorities and my observations.

INJURY & ITS CONSEQUENCES 

Injury means Arnica M. But it is not so in all cases. PSORINUM is a master remedy in injury.

“Pain is caused by a fall a year ago” according to guiding symptoms. A severe injury to knee but no fracture with complete inability to move fails in all kind of pain killer medicine including Arnica, Ruta, Symphytum, Psorinum Cm in repeated dose cures completely in two days.

Injury to testis or ovary bringing complications is best treated by Psorinum. In many cases, falls from high are cured by it.

CALENDULA stimulates proliferations of white globule augments quality of fibrin and its transformation into connective tissue. Surgical cuts such as Caesars, Legation, hysterectomy, induced abortions, are at rampant now a day in the hands of motivated doctors. In postoperative complications, most of them respond favorably under this remedy. 

A woman of 40 in post appendectomy develops palpitations with many unexplained constitutional distress. All sorts of pathological reports are NAD: calendula cures her shortly reminding Hahneman's view “The Pathology hitherto in vogue is still in irrational infancy”.

In rupture of tendons and in compound fracture Calendula yields unexpected result. A girl of 12 has left supraorbital cut injury forms pus opening suture cures by Calendula 30.

SEPIA is a great friend of woman when complications arise after exploring generative organs.

 Acne of young girls is cured by Sepia in many cases.

Induced abortions, DC operations are easy way to earn money by a group of doctors considering women as their commodities bring leucorrhoea, pruritus of private parts, erosion of cervix and menstrual disorders with constitutional symptoms like palpitations, lack of appetite, insomnia, knee pain , irritation of mind, hair falling out and many idiopathic complains. Such women become prey to doctors getting little relief. Sepia and Helonias bring much relief in all cases. A woman of 40 with history of 4 induced abortions suffers 24 hours with severe burning in body and lower abdomen. Ice applications gives temporary relief. External OS is indurated and doctor suggests biopsy as a suspected cancer. After CONIUM two doses she is reported well and does not come back with the same complains.

HYPERICUM after spinal injury develops severe pain inability to walk is cured in no time. A very obstinate asthma is cured by Hypericum having history of injury to spine. Burning in urination after manipulation of uterus is nicely managed by Hypericum.

In case of sprain injury Rhustox is a good remedy, some times to finish cure Strontia carb is necessary.

In sprain injury to shoulder Sulpher, Calcaria Carb, Rhustox cure many cases.

In high blood pressure with arthritic complains and having history of profuse bleeding are met

by Strontia Carb and Sepia.

Right-sided cervical spondylosis is benefited by Mag Carb having history of severe jerking.

Injury from over lifting bring dyspeptic trouble in Sepia and Nux Vom while lumbago Medorrhinum, Sulphur form abcess after injury to spinal cord.

Injury produces oversensitive to parts even to touch with pricking sensation is met by Hepar Sulph, if there is no over sensitiveness it is Silicea.

Injured part forms ulcer gets relief by cold and open air Pulsatilla helps a lot.

In Homeopathy two emergency remedies LACHESIS and ARSENIC in gangrenes after injury use effectively. Lachesis is worse after sleep and sensitive to cover while Arsenic Alb has burning and prostration.

In demonstrations of Anatomy, I have frequent cut in fingers producing pain and malaise after few hours cure by Arsenic Alb 30 in all the times.

Bellis P is a remedy for sprain and injury producing stasis in young man and woman I use it sometimes getting unexpected result because of self-abuse of sexual parts.

In auto traumatism of pelvic organs Bellis P is excellent remedy.

A young girl of 18 reports me a severe pain in breast. Both homeopathic and Allopathic doctors failed in their attempts to cure her. I advise Bellis P 200 to cure her in no time.

ARGENT NIT is a remedy in spinal injury if pain remains when indicated remedy fails.

In my practice a case of incisional hernia in upper abdomen is relieved by Calendula Cm and Kali mur 200.

I come across profuse bleeding after forceful abortion. Calendula in potency and Acid Nit help me every time.

A case of Caesar after childbirth produces a severe right abdominal pain from kidney to lower abdomen. The pain is intermittent in nature. Prominent Gynecologist, Surgeons, Physicians fail even to diagnose the case with their all kinds of modern devices. Medorrhinum 1000 has completely controlled her.      

Few tips about Spondylosis :

Phatak Repertory has mentioned one medicine for Cervical Spondylosis i.e. Acid Phos. It is quoted from Hering's guiding symptoms. Acid Phos may be noted in any complains acidity few hours after eating.

In my experience based on mostly guiding symptoms following medicines with indication are incorporated:

CAMPHORA Cervical Spondylosis > from pressing hard there on.

HYDROCOTYL AS Pain in Cervical region with occipital pain < touch and pressure.

KALI BICH Cervical Spondylosis < bending head forward.

PSORINUM Bending head back <

HYPERICUM Bending head back >

BADIAGA Cervical Spondylosis severe pain. Neck very stiff < bending head forward or backward. Glandular swelling < cold > heat.

PARISQUAD Violent pain in one or both sides of neck < motion, exertion > rest. Occiput, eye, stomach, symptoms may be involved with pain.

OREODAPHANE Cervico – occipital pain. Intermittent use with Paris Quad helps much.

CHINA Shooting pain. Constriction pain in left neck to occiput.

NUX VOM Cervical Spondylosis. Severe pain. Neck very stiff < morning, touch, after eating. Head turns to one side, difficult to move.

CHIN. SULPH Cervical and dorsal Vertebrae sensitive to touch.

SILICEA Stiffness of neck of one side. Cannot turn head because of pain. Pain in head sometime is very severe.

N. B. A case of a Youngman of 20 years age admitted to a top grade Nursing Home with severe pain in right nape of neck but of no avail by group of Doctors. A homeopath prescribed Tub. Bov. to give relief for few days. Silicea 1M through a phone contact.

Discussion about injury :

Injury whether recent or remote bring may constitutional disturbances.

In this respect I have found few medicines very much useful. Psorinum, Arnica, Calendula, Nat.Sulph, Argent. Nit, Hypericum, Viscum Alb, Conium, Sepia are the medicines to be mentioned.

The prompt action of these medicines in need requires highest potency CM in repeated doses even in 5 to 10 minutes interval.

After extraction of teeth, dilatation of urethra, cataract operation or injuring internal parts Calendula CM in repeated doses supersedes the pain of any pain killers verified in many cases.

A case of severe pressing of nails of finger closing door cured severe pain in no time by a dose of Arnica CM

Severe injury to knee by falls completely incapacitating cured by Psorinum CM repeated at 2 hours interval to cure within two days.

Guiding symptoms direct about injury regarding Psorinum

“Pain in knees by a fall a year ago”…….. “Whole body painful easily sprains and hurts him.”

…….. Violent knock in left ovary indurate ……. Fall caused pain in knee …….

Many cases of ovarian cysts and ovarian complaints are cured by Psorinum.

I had few cases of injury by fall from cot are treated by Psorinum only successfully.

Case of gout and Rheumatism are treated by Psorinum and Sulphur if history of injury with skin disease or skin disease develops after injury.

Another indigineous medicine is worth to mention. It is Arjuna.

About Arjuna “A fracture, pain all over the body owing to a fall and all sorts of echymosis the action of Arjuna is supreme.” I do not contradict the statement. Knee replacement cases have been set right by local application of Arjuna with appropriate medicines used internally.

In order to avoid elaboration I just point out the statements of authorities verified repeatedly.

“Acute pain in dorsal region by full” – Argent. Nit.

“Spinal pain due to uterine cause” – Viscam Alb. Uterine causes included caser, induced or natural abortions, anything to exploring uterus for any diagnostic purpose, uterine displacement ect.

Efficacy of Sepia may be verified in modern post abortion cases.

Argentinum Met. may be verified in cases of Hysterectomy with swelling of feet and also in Rheumatism of joints without swelling. I have positive response about the cases mentioned.
